Sector 1 Noida: Good investment? Safe area?

Hey everyone, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 1, Noida. What do you think about the investment potential there? I know it's mostly industrial, but the connectivity seems good. Has anyone experienced living nearby? Is it noisy at night? Also, how's the safety and security situation there? Are there gated communities nearby or is it mostly open? I'm also curious about the metro connectivity. Which is the nearest metro station and how easy is it to commute from there? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it worth investing in Sector 1 for future appreciation? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about future development plans for that area?
