Sector 1 Noida - Investment karna sahi rahega?

Sector 1 Noida mein property lene ka soch raha hu. Kya bolte ho aap log? I know it's more commercial and industrial, but connectivity achi hai na? Metro station nearby hai kya? Also, suna hai rent bhi theek-thaak mil jaata hai. Has anyone invested there recently? What's your experience? Mujhe primarily investment ke liye chahiye, so ROI kitna expect kar sakte hain? Is it worth considering Sector 1 compared to other residential sectors? What do you think about the future appreciation potential? Koi waterlogging issues toh nahi hai na?
