Sector 10 Noida is overrated for the price

Okay I'll be honest, Sector 10 ke prices dekh ke toh shock laga. Metro connectivity achi hai, I agree. But are the property rates justified? My parents keep saying resale mein problem hogi. Anyone living here? How's the water situation actually? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
