Just moved into Sector 10. Everyone talks about the metro connectivity, but what about the water supply? Is it really as bad as people say? I'm curious. What do you guys think?

Don't forget the proximity to schools and hospitals. That's a big plus for families with kids.
Overrated. Too expensive for what it offers.
Sector 10 market is good for daily needs. Everything is easily accessible.
Check the borewell situation in your building. That can significantly impact water availability.
The new Jewar airport will definitely boost property values in the entire Noida region, including Sector 10.
So, overall consensus seems to be: good location, but water is a major problem. Thanks for the insights, everyone!
Anyone know which builders are developing new projects in Sector 10?
There's XYZ Builders, but be careful - their track record isn't great. Check RERA registration before investing.
I think Sector 10 is a decent place to live, but not the best investment option. There are better alternatives in Noida.
Which society are you in, U1? That makes a big difference. Some societies have better water management than others.
Sector 10 is becoming too crowded. Infrastructure can't keep up.
What's the rental yield like in Sector 10 these days? Anyone have recent data?
Depends on the property and location, but expect around 2.5-3% gross yield.
I think it's underrated in terms of investment potential. The metro connectivity is a huge plus, and prices will continue to rise.
Rising rates are everywhere dude. Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi.
Paani ka issue toh Sector 10 mein hamesha se hai. They need to fix the infrastructure!
I think it's decent. Location is prime, close to everything. Water issue is there, but manageable.
Don't forget the traffic during peak hours! Sector 10 market is a nightmare.
Totally agree yaar! Especially around the metro station. Parking is a huge headache.
Bought a 3BHK here in 2018. Prices have almost doubled since then. Good ROI, despite the water woes.
Sector 10 is a mixed bag, yaar. Metro toh hai, but water supply is definitely an issue. I've heard horror stories. Let's see what others say.
True that! Water is a big problem in many Noida sectors. You need to rely on tankers a lot of the time.
Moved here 5 years ago. Water supply was bad then, hasn't improved much. Invest in a good water purifier and storage tank.
Overrated, I'd say. Sector 7x and 16x are much better in terms of overall infrastructure and connectivity.
Anyone know the current circle rates for Sector 10? Thinking of investing in a resale property.
Circle rates are a joke, bhai. Actual transaction value is much higher. Check PropTiger or Magicbricks for recent sales data.
