There are a few parks, but they could be better maintained. Sector 11 has better parks.

Sector 10 is generally good. Connectivity is decent, but metro is a bit of a walk or you can take an auto. Safety-wise, it's quite safe for families. I've been living here for 5 years.
Schools and hospitals are easily accessible. Fortis and Kailash hospitals are nearby. Many good schools too.
Crime rate comparatively kam hai Noida ke aur sectors se. But be cautious as always.
I heard parking can be a problem. Is that true?
Yeah, parking can be a headache, especially during peak hours and weekends. Better to have your own parking space.
