The resale market in Sector 101 feels a bit slow. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 78 to a 3BHK here. Is the investment potential strong for 3-5 years? With Jewar airport, will prices really jump? What's the actual ground reality for reselling properties? Already have a home loan, need to be sure it's worth it.

Yaar, I'm also eyeing Sector 101 for a 3BHK. The Jewar airport hype is real, but will it actually translate to price jumps? I hear conflicting reports. My brother bought in Alpha I Greater Noida years ago and it took ages to appreciate. Don't want to make the same mistake.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Jewar airport ka impact will be gradual, not overnight. Plus, there's so much inventory coming up in Sector 101 and nearby areas
