Sector 101: What builders don't tell you about pricing and resale
Since last Diwali, I've been seriously looking for my own place in Noida, even though I'm in this business. Sector 101 has caught my eye, especially with the metro connectivity and upcoming FNG. Builders quote crazy numbers, but off the record, is there actual negotiation room? I know super area vs carpet area games, but what about the actual 'all-in' cost after PLC, OC etc.? Also, real resident life kaisa hai yahaan? Like, daily commute to Delhi, traffic situation, aur basic grocery stores easily accessible hain kya? I'm thinking long-term, so resale potential bhi important hai. Agar 5-7 saal baad sell karna pade, will it be easy to find buyers, ya market bohot slow rehta hai? Has anyone bought here recently and can share their actual experience, not just brochure-wali baatein?
