Rates are high due to the upcoming Jewar airport also. Everything around Noida expressway is getting expensive.
Overall, I think ready-to-move is the safer bet, especially with a developer that has a questionable track record. Pay a premium for peace of mind.

Don't forget to factor in the cost of interior design and furniture if you're going for ready-to-move. It adds up quickly!

Bhaiyon, check the amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake in my first purchase. Gym abhi tak shuru nahi hua!
One more thing: check the carpet area carefully. Builders often inflate the super area to charge more.

U17, Sector 101 metro station is nearby. Walking distance nahi hai, but easily accessible by auto or cab.

I think rates are high because of the Dwarka Expressway proximity. But still, risky hai. Resi Home Infra ka financial health check karna important hai.
I invested in Resi Home Infra 3 years ago. Possession abhi tak nahi mila! Constant excuses. Be very careful.

Bhai, rates toh Noida mein sab jagah hi high hai. Metro aa gayi toh aur badh gaye. Resi Home Infra...sunne mein toh theek lagta hai, but track record check karna zaroori hai. RERA mein complaints toh nahi hain?
Ready-to-move is always safer, yaar. At least you know what you're getting. Under-construction mein builder log bahut rulata hai. My personal opinion!
U2, RERA check kiya tha. 2-3 projects mein delay dikha raha hai. But completion certificate mil gaya hai unko. Confused hu mein bhi.
Completion certificate toh mil jaata hai... occupancy certificate dekho. That's the real deal.
