Sector 105: Monsoon mein waterlogging kitni hoti hai?

Sector 105 — I'm seriously looking at a property here for myself, even though I'm in real estate, buying for self is a different ballgame. I know what builders don't tell you. My main concern is monsoon waterlogging. Last saal kuch reports suni thi, road conditions kaisi rehti hain during heavy rains? Drainage ka system kitna strong hai, ya bas paani bhar jata hai? Also, long-term ke liye, upcoming developments kya hain jo is area ko impact kar sakte hain? Jewar airport ka push hai, but is sector pe direct impact kitna hoga? Aur agar kabhi resale karna pade, exit strategy kitni smooth hai? Is it easy to find buyers for a 2BHK or 3BHK here, ya fir discounts pe hi nikalna padega?
