Sector 105 Noida: Investment karna sahi rahega?

Sector 105 Noida mein property rates kaise hain? Is it a good time to invest here? Connectivity wise kaisa hai, specially Noida-Greater Noida Expressway se? Kya kisi ne yahan recently property kharidi hai? What's your experience? Schools aur hospitals nearby kaise hain? Any suggestions on good projects in 105? I'm thinking of buying a 2BHK. What do you think about the future development plans in this area? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
