Is Sector 105's current pricing actually sustainable for long-term investment? Mai khud real estate mein hoon, but Sohna mein apne liye property dekhna alag hai. Sector 105 mein prices kaafi badh gaye hain. Builders like Godrej and M3M are quoting numbers for a 3BHK that feel a bit high, around 1.8-2 Cr. I know what builders don't tell you, so I'm trying to cut through the marketing. What's the real scene with negotiation here? Honestly not sure if this is just current hype or if there's solid appreciation potential in 3-5 years. What's the ground reality for investment ROI? Daily life wahan kaisi hai?
