Sector 106 Mohali mein water supply ka kya scene hai asli mein? Sunn raha hoon kaafi issues hain. Yaar, I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Soch raha tha yahan property le loon, but daily life mein kitni problem aati hai paani aur traffic se? Morning commute kaisa rehta hai?

Traffic ka toh theek hai, manage ho jaayega thoda bahut. But water quality kaisi hai? Aur daily kitne ghante paani aata hai? Koi RERA complaint ki details hain kya regarding water supply for Sector 106 projects?
Dekho, water supply ka issue har naye developing area mein hota hai initially, especially in the outskirts. But traffic Mohali mein abhi bhi better hai as compared to Gurgaon. Main toh Badshahpur se commute karta tha daily, it was a nightmare, 2 ghante toh pakke lagte the. Yahan utna nahi hai.
Haan bhai, water supply ka issue toh hai. Mere friend ne wahan flat liya hai, morning mein pressure kam aata hai bolta hai, aur kabhi-kabhi toh bilkul hi nahi. Subah office jaane ki jaldi mein bahut dikkat hoti hai.
Booster pump is a temporary fix. Government supply toh improve honi chahiye. Is it a general issue for the whole sector or specific societies?
Same here, my relative also faced similar issue in a different sector in Mohali. They had to install a booster pump to manage. Budget mein extra kharcha aa jaata hai yaar.
Pressure kam? Oh no, that's a big concern. Main toh office ke liye subah jaldi nikalta hoon, agar paani hi nahi aayega toh kaise chalega?
