Sector 106: Too good to be true?

I'm based in Dubai and seriously considering investing in Sector 106, Noida. Heard good things about the green cover, but what's the real deal with waterlogging during monsoon? Also, how reliable is the power supply? Power cuts are a huge no-no for me. Can't visit to check myself, so need insights. Is it worth the current property prices? Need a property manager too. Any recommendations? Matlab, sahi hai kya?
