Sector 107 reality check – did I make a mistake?

Sector 107 – moved in March. Water supply is dodgy; tankers are frequent. Power cuts are a pain, even with DG backup. Honestly not sure if the investment potential will make up for this. Anyone else facing similar issues? Is the RWA even effective?
