Sohna prices, especially in Sector 107, feel quite stretched. I'm looking at a 3BHK, around ₹1.5 Cr. Are these prices justified, ya negotiation scope hai? What's the real investment potential for 3-5 years? Builders ka track record, like Godrej, Sohna mein kaisa hai?
