Sector 108: My family's safety and school doubts

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, and Sector 108 in Greater Noida keeps popping up. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK. I'm keen on the investment potential, but my main worry is daily life for my family. How safe is it really, especially for women or kids at night? I've seen some projects like ATS and Godrej there, but not sure if the general area has good security. Also, what's the school situation like? Are there decent options close by, or is it a long commute for quality education? Not sure if current prices justify these concerns.
