Sector 108 Noida flat – Am I paying too much?

₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 108 seems high. My wife's priority is a safe area near good schools for our kids' school admission. I'm comparing it with Sector 75, slightly cheaper. But Sector 108 supposedly has better resale value and metro connectivity. Is the premium worth it for safety and convenience, ya phir Sector 75 is also sahi hai? What does everyone think?
