Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 108. Papa bol rahe hain good time to buy, but I'm confused. Current prices kaafi high lag rahe hain, hidden charges bhi hain. Is this growth sustainable till 2026, ya correction aayega? What's the real psqft after everything?
