Sector 109 ki daily life expectations vs reality mein bohot fark hai.
Fed up of renting in old Gurgaon, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, soch raha hoon Sector 109 mein kuch dekhoon. DLF, Sobha jaise builders ke projects hain. But I'm honestly not sure about the actual daily life experience wahan. Dwarka Expressway ka traffic kitna badalta hai commute? Subah shaam ka scene kya hai? Pani ki supply kaisi hai, borewell pe depend karna padta hai kya? Global City ka impact kab tak dikhega? Main family ke saath shift hona chahta hoon, so schools aur hospitals nearby kitne reliable hain? Connectivity wise kaisa hai? Looks like development ho rahi hai, but ground reality kya hai? Koi hidden costs ya issues jo baad mein pata chalein? EMI vs rent math abhi bhi chal raha hai mind mein. Please share your experiences if you live there!

Dekho, Sector 109 ka development toh ho raha hai, no doubt. But reality mein abhi bhi bohot issues hain. Pani ki supply ka bahut bada problem hai, mostly societies borewell par depend karti hain aur summer mein pressure kam ho jata hai. Maintenance charges bhi bohot high hain aur hidden costs toh poochho hi mat. RERA registration check karna aur completion dates par dhyaan dena, builders aksar delay karte hain. Mera ek friend Baharampur Naya side mein dekh raha tha, wahan bhi yehi issues hain. Soch samajh ke decision lena.

Dwarka Expressway ka hype toh bohot hai, but actual commute time kya hai? Main bhi family ke saath shift hone ka soch raha hoon, schools aur connectivity ka bohot tension hai.
