Guys, I'm based in Dubai and thinking about investing in Sector 110. How’s the rental demand there? Property prices justified hain ya negotiation possible hai? Since I can't visit, how reliable is the water supply situation actually? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Will need a property manager too.
