Visited a Gee Aar Realmart project in Sector 110 last week. Kids have moved out, so we need a manageable 2BHK. Broker quoted super area 1400 sqft, but carpet area was barely 850 sqft. Almost 40% difference! Yeh toh bohot zyada hai, isn't it? Not sure if this super area vs carpet area trap is standard in Gurgaon. Broker also pushed a 'spot discount' for today only. Is dealing direct with builders better for clearer pricing? Has anyone else faced such a huge super vs carpet area difference in Sector 110?

Totally agree with U1. I visited a project near Badshahpur a few months back, same story, super area inflated to the max. Broker was pushing a 'limited time offer' too. It makes you wonder, is this Gee Aar Realmart
Bhai, this is exactly what makes me so nervous about buying! 40% difference? Meri toh budget hi hil jaayegi itna loading dekh ke. Yeh toh seedha-saadha loot lag raha hai. Is it really standard practice in Gurgaon?
