Sector 110's 'investment potential' is totally overrated.
₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 110 is just crazy, right? Everyone talks about Dwarka Expressway appreciation, but honestly, prices here feel totally inflated. I'm looking at properties around 1.5-1.8 Cr and my parents keep saying it's too much for the potential. Is the investment potential even real for a 3-5 year horizon, or will I just be stuck? Also, nobody ever talks about the monsoon waterlogging issues. I saw some videos, looked pretty bad. Are these prices justified, or is it just pure hype? Change my mind.
