Sector 111 infra delays: Any recourse for buyers?

My Gurugram lease ends next month. I'm so frustrated with the promised Sector 111 infrastructure delays. Builders showed fancy brochures, but the actual road work is nowhere near complete. Anyone else facing this? What did you do?

Totally feel your pain! Sector 111 ka toh yahi haal hai. Builders bas sapne dikhate hain, ground pe kuch nahi.

U1, absolutely! Mera toh Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe plot tha, socha tha Sector 111 develop hoga toh value badhegi. But abhi tak toh connectivity ka bura haal hai. Builder ne bola tha 2 saal mein road ban jayegi, 4 ho gaye, kuch nahi hua. Ab toh lagta hai
