Sector 111 upgrade: Is the price jump worth the commute?

₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 111 – is this price justified? I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading. Everyone glorifies Dwarka Expressway, but nobody talks about the actual daily commute reality from Sector 111. Metro connectivity bhi abhi kitni door hai, yaar? Seems like we're paying a huge premium just for future potential. Current travel to Cyber City still feels like a traffic nightmare. Is this price jump worth it? Change my mind.
