Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 112, especially near Dwarka Expressway. We need a 3BHK for our growing family, and kids ke school admission ka bhi tension hai. My wife ki priority hai ki neighbourhood safe ho for the children. Projects toh achhe dikh rahe hain, but raat ko safety ka kya scene hai wahan? Aur nearby schools ka kya haal hai, quality aur distance wise? Monsoon mein waterlogging kitni hoti hai udhar? Any residents can share their day-to-day experience?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Hum bhi Sector 112 mein dekh rahe hain near Dwarka Expressway, especially for a 3BHK. Kids ki safety aur school ka bahut tension hai. Projects bahar se toh bade chamakte hain, but andar ki reality kya hai, especially raat ko? Meri wife toh bolti hai ki agar evening walk bhi safe na ho toh kya faayda. Aur schools ka sach mein bahut bada issue hai, quality wale options bahut limited lag rahe hain abhi. Kisi ko pata hai ki future mein wahan koi acche schools plan ho rahe hain kya?
