Not gonna lie, Sector 112 mein shift hone ke baad, I'm a bit confused about the long-term picture. Just moved into my 3BHK here two months back. Daily life toh sahi lag rahi hai, but traffic near the main road sometimes headache ban jaata hai. Thinking about investment potential – is 3-5 saal mein achha appreciation expected for properties around ₹1.8 Cr? Ya resale market difficult hai?

Traffic toh ekdum headache hai yaar, agree. Mera bhi yahi thought hai ki resale value ka kya hoga 3-5 saal mein.
Bhai, 1.8 Cr for Sector 112 sounds a bit high for a 3BHK, especially with that traffic issue. Resale mein itna appreciation milna mushkil hai unless it's a super premium builder. Kis project ki baat kar rahe ho, ya general area ka view hai?
