Sector 112 Noida - Investment worthwhile?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 112, Noida. What's your take on the property prices there currently? I've heard connectivity is good, but what about waterlogging issues during the rains? Has anyone experienced that? Also, which schools and hospitals are actually decent nearby? Is it a safe area for families? Any thoughts on future appreciation potential? Mujhe advice chahiye!
