Hi everyone, I'm considering Sector 112 for a 3BHK. My main concern is kids' school admission. What are the good schools nearby? And how difficult is it to get admission, yaar? Also, my wife wants a safe society, especially at night. Has anyone experienced any safety issues there? Is it generally considered safe for families with kids? Any advice would be great! Thanks!

Overall, Sector 112 is a decent option for families. Just be diligent with your research and due diligence. Good luck!
Anyone knows the possession status of the project OP is looking at? Possession mila kya, ya phir builder ne phir se date extend kar diya?
Check online reviews of the builder and the specific project. That will give you a better idea of what to expect.
Sector 112 is a good location, connectivity is decent. But don't blindly trust the builder's promises. Visit the site multiple times, talk to existing residents.
Before booking, check the amenities completion status. I made the mistake of assuming everything would be ready, and now I'm stuck with a half-finished clubhouse.
So, OP, what's the project you're considering? Have you visited the site yet? Give us some details!
Don't forget to check the water supply situation. Some sectors in Noida face water shortage during the summer months.
School admissions are a headache everywhere in Noida. Start applying early and have backups ready.
I bought in 112 three years ago. The biggest challenge was the construction delays. Builder ne bahut rulaya. But now that I'm finally living here, it's not bad.
Remember to verify the builder's approvals from Noida Authority. Many projects face legal issues later on.
Also, with the new Jewar airport coming up, property rates in Noida are expected to rise. It's a good time to invest, but do your research carefully.
I live in Sector 113, adjacent to 112. Safety is not a major issue, but definitely research the society's security measures. Ask residents directly, don't just rely on the builder's claims.
3BHK in 112... what's the going rate these days? I'm looking to invest.
Depends on the project and the floor. Expect around 6500-7500 per sq ft for a decent project.
Frankly, Noida mein safety is always a concern. Keep your doors locked, be aware of your surroundings. It's just common sense.
Mera experience toh mix raha hai. Society is safe enough, but the approach road at night can be a bit sketchy. I always take a cab if I'm out late.
Bhai, which project exactly? Builder ka naam batao. That makes a huge difference. Some builders are notorious for delays and poor security.
Exactly! Builder is key. Unke previous projects dekho.
True that! RERA registration check karna mat bhoolna. Sab details mil jayenge.
Safety is a big concern for us too. We moved to Noida Extension last year, and while it's generally safe, petty theft is common. CCTV coverage and active guards are a must.
Noida Extension is still developing. Sector 112 is relatively more established, so hopefully, better security.
DPS 132 is good, but competitive. Lotus Valley is another option, but fees are high. Consider Shiv Nadar School in Sector 168 as well, if you're willing to travel a bit.
Hi! Sector 112 is decent. Schools, there's DPS Sec 132 which is not too far, and Lotus Valley. Admission tough hai, especially for nursery. Safety-wise, depends on the society. Which project are you looking at?
Sector 112... schools are a bit far, honestly. You'll be relying on school buses. Safety, generally okay, but definitely check the security arrangements of the specific society. Some are better than others. Which builder?
