Sector 113 keeps coming up every time I shortlist for an upgrade. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65, eyeing a 3BHK or villa there. Prices for 3BHKs, around ₹3 Cr+, seem really steep. Is this premium truly justified, or is there negotiation room? I'm not sure if the price jump from my current EMI is worth it, even with Dwarka Expressway completing. What's day-to-day life actually like for residents? I'm worried about traffic to Cyber City during peak hours. Does the Expressway really make a smooth difference for daily commute from Sector 113, or is it still a nightmare? Any insights on the overall vibe – peaceful or still a construction zone? Looking for honest opinions on actual living.
