Honestly, I'm finding it super tough to zero in on a good area for my growing family. We need a 3BHK in Gurgaon and are seriously looking at Sector 114. My main priority is the kids' schooling and safety. Can anyone who lives there share their real resident life experience? Matlab, day-to-day कैसा है? Is it safe for the children to play outside, especially in the evenings? My wife is quite concerned about overall security. Also, nearby schools ka kya scene hai? Are there good options, and admission kitna tough hai? We want a peaceful neighbourhood but also good facilities. What's the actual vibe like? Is it too crowded or still developing nicely? Any insights would be really helpful.

Honestly, I visited recently and was pleasantly surprised. The projects near the Dwarka Expressway are looking good, much better than I expected. Some completed societies already have families living there. It's developing fast, and I think it will be a good option in 2-3 years. Connectivity is definitely improving, so commuting won't be as big an issue soon
Honestly, I'm a bit skeptical about Sector 114 for a growing family right now. It's still quite raw, especially the parts closer to Dwarka Expressway. For kids' safety and playing outside, I'd be concerned, particularly in the evenings. Most projects are still under construction, so dust and noise are major issues. Schools nearby are there, but the really good ones are a bit of a drive and admissions are always tough in Gurgaon, no matter the sector. We decided against it for these reasons; it felt more like a construction zone than a family neighbourhood.
But jahan Airport Road se connect ho raha hai, wahan development bahut fast hai. I saw a couple of societies near Basai village and they looked quite livable with kids playing in parks. Safety depends on the specific society, I guess. Main roads pe toh traffic badh gaya hai, which is a good sign of activity.
Haan bhai, construction toh bahut hai. Roads bhi abhi poori nahin bani hain kuch areas mein, especially inner parts. It's a daily struggle.
