Sector 115 buy: Resale market mein atka hoon

My landlord increased rent again, so I'm finally looking to buy in Sector 115. What's the resale market like here? Easy to sell agar need padi toh? Builders ka track record kaisa hai?

Bhai, Sector 115 ka resale market thoda tricky hai. Mere ek friend ne wahan flat liya tha 3 saal pehle, ab bechna chah raha hai, but buyers mil nahi rahe. Builders ka track record bhi mixed hai, kuch ne toh possession mein bahut delay kiya hai.
