Sector 115 Noida Extension - Investment worth it?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 115, Noida Extension. What do you think about the location and connectivity? Is it really that far from the main city? Kya metro connectivity ka kuch scene hai future mein? I heard the property prices are rising, but is the ROI good enough? Has anyone experienced waterlogging issues during the monsoon? Which one is better for investment - under construction or ready to move flats? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it a safe area for families? Kya schools and hospitals nearby easily available hain? What's your take on the overall investment potential? Any suggestions?
