Sector 115 plots: Is Jewar airport hype already priced in?

Visited some plots in Sector 115 last weekend. Yaar, prices seem a bit stretched for the current development stage. I know what builders don't tell you, but still, is the investment potential truly there for 3-5 years? Or is the Jewar airport hype already factored in? What's the ground reality on resale market for plots here, off the record?
