Sector 117, Noida Extension. I'm evaluating a 3BHK here for end-use, around ₹90L. My main concern is the daily grind. Traffic during peak hours, especially towards Delhi/Ghaziabad side, kaisa rehta hai? The FNG Expressway work is ongoing, but I've seen this pattern before, sometimes it makes things worse initially. What's the actual resident life like? Is it genuinely peaceful ya bahut rush-rush feel hai? Also, beyond the Jewar Airport hype, what concrete upcoming developments will truly impact daily living here? Any new retail or infra projects in the pipeline for Sector 117 specifically? Looking for unvarnished opinions.

Same pinch yaar, main bhi yahi area dekh raha hoon. FNG ka kaam toh chal raha hai but I've heard horror stories from people trying to commute via Kisan Path near Ajayabpur. It's a mess right now. Daily commute will be a pain till it's done

₹90L for 3BHK in Sector 117? Bhai, budget toh tight hai but location ke hisaab se theek hai. Traffic ka hi darr lagta hai, specially Delhi side.
