I'm based in Dubai and looking at investment options in Noida, specifically Sector 117. Can't do a site inspection myself right now, so relying on your insights. Option 1: a new 2BHK in a project by Ajnara. Good rental yield supposedly, but I'm worried about finding reliable tenants and property management from abroad. Option 2: a resale flat in a Gaur City project. Slightly higher price, but potentially better resale value in 3-5 years? Not sure about the current market situation there. Which would you pick considering I need a property manager and long-term ROI? What's the real rental demand like in Sector 117? Koi idea hai? Give me your honest opinion. Should I focus on rent or resale?
