Sector 117 — New resident, unexpected issues cropping up

Sector 117 — just moved into my new 3BHK here last month, possession March mein mili thi. Society toh acchi hai but kuch cheezein unexpected lagi. Especially safety ka thoda issue lag raha late night. Gates pe guards toh hain but surrounding areas mein lighting bohot kam hai, thoda uneasy feel hota hai. And monsoon mein, last month halki baarish mein bhi roads pe paani bhar gaya tha. Drainage ka issue hai kya yahan? Has anyone else faced this? Am I just overthinking?
