Sector 117 Noida: Confused about safety and resale

Spent last Sunday checking out flats in Sector 117. Honestly, I'm a bit torn. My main concern is safety, especially since I'll be living alone. Anyone has first-hand experience about how safe it is at night around here? My parents keep saying it's too far from everything. Also, I'm thinking long-term investment. Is resale easy in Sector 117 if I need to move in, say, 5 years? I saw some nice 2BHKs, but ab samajh nahi aa raha if the location is worth it in terms of ROI and peace of mind. Heard mixed things about the maintenance too. Any thoughts?
