Been doing some research on Sector 117, Noida. The property prices seem okayish. But honestly, I'm more concerned about safety, especially at night. My parents keep saying it's a developing area, so maybe not that safe? Anyone living there currently? What's the real situation for women and families? Is it well-lit? Are there frequent police patrols? Also, how's the stray dog situation? Trying to decide if it's worth the risk. What does the community think?
