Sector 117 mein property prices justified hain kya? Fed up of renting, I'm finally looking for a 2BHK. Builders quote ₹80L+ for a 2BHK. But real resident life wahan kaisi hai? Maintenance charges kitne lagte hain? Daily commute aur general vibe kya hai? Not sure if it's worth it for end-use.
