Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 118, Noida. What's your take on this area? How's the connectivity to other parts of Noida and Delhi? I heard the metro is a bit far. Is it a good option for families? Kya schools aur hospitals aas paas hain? I'm also curious about the property prices there. Are they likely to appreciate in the near future?
