Been renting for 10 years, fed up of landlord hikes! Finally taking the plunge and buying in Sector 119. What's the resale market like there? Easily sell ho paega if needed? Also, anyone knows about the waterlogging situation during monsoon? Sahi rahega ya phir dubara sochna chahiye?

Waterlogging is a major issue in 119. My friend lives there, uska toh har saal paani bhar jaata hai balcony mein. Check the drainage system properly.
