Sector 119 Noida: Investment sahi hai?

Sector 119 mein investment karna chahiye? Property prices thode high lag rahe hai, yaar. Do you guys think prices are justified? I've heard resale bhi mushkil hai. Kya scene hai? Also, metro connectivity toh achi hai, but last-mile connectivity ka kya haal hai? Has anyone faced issues with that? Mujhe advice chahiye, I'm confused. Kya return milega?
