Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. Sector 120 seems promising, but can't visit right now. What's the real deal with safety, especially for families with kids? Kya raat ko safe feel hota hai? Also, investment potential in 3-5 years? Will need a property manager, so rental demand bhi hona chahiye. Any thoughts on resale value later? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!

Remember to factor in the cost of furnishing the apartment. That can add up quickly!
Ultimately, it's your call, bhai. Do your research, visit the site if possible, and trust your gut feeling.
Current market conditions are crazy! Rates are going up everywhere. If you're serious about investing, don't wait too long.
Check the carpet area carefully. Builders are notorious for inflating the super area.
Raat ko safe feel hota hai? Depends on your definition of 'safe'. I wouldn't walk alone late at night, but that's true for most places in India.
Sector 120 is a good option if you are looking for a place with good connectivity and all the basic amenities. But do your research before investing.
So, what did you decide? Sector 120 or somewhere else?
Bhai, property manager toh mil jayega. But finding a GOOD property manager is the challenge. They all promise the moon, but deliver nothing.
True that! I've gone through 3 property managers in the last 2 years. Still searching for a reliable one.
Ask for references from other NRIs. That's how I found a decent one eventually.
I invested in a commercial property in Sector 120 5 years ago. It's been a decent investment, but not as great as I had hoped. Rental yields are okayish, but property tax is killing me.
Thanks everyone for the insights! I'm looking at a project by Amrapali... wait, no, just kidding! Seriously though, it's Gulshan Ikebana. Any thoughts on that particular project?
Gulshan is a good builder, relatively speaking. They usually deliver on time. But still, double-check everything.
Gulshan Ikebana is a good project, but the prices are a bit high, no? You might find better deals elsewhere in Sector 120.
Sector 120 is okay, but I'd also suggest looking at Sector 143. Thoda aage hai, but better planned and more greenery. Investment potential is also good.
Guys, Noida extension is also becoming a good option now. Rates are lower and infrastructure is improving. Food for thought!
Mera friend Sector 120 mein rehta hai. He says the maintenance is a big issue in his society. Constant complaints about water supply and security. Check the maintenance charges and facilities carefully before investing.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Maintenance companies are a joke.
Maintenance charges are going up everywhere, bhai. It's the new normal. But quality of service is not improving!
Don't just think about safety, think about amenities too. Are the parks well-maintained? Is there a good clubhouse? These things matter for families.
U3, exactly! Builder reputation is key. Ajkal toh sab bolte hai 'luxury', but reality kuch aur hi hoti hai.
Haan bhai, luxury ke naam pe chuna laga dete hain. Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago in Sector 75.
U4, true that! Check the reviews online, and try to connect with existing residents if possible. That's the best way to get the real scoop.
Don't just rely on online reviews, most are paid. Physically visit the site if you can, even if it's a friend or family member who can check it out for you.
I live in Sector 120. It's generally safe, but like any place, be aware of your surroundings. We have kids and haven't had any major issues. Investment-wise, I'm not sure about 3-5 years, but prices have been slowly increasing. Metro connectivity is a plus point for future appreciation.
Possession mila kya? That's the biggest question. Builders are notorious for delays in Noida. RERA mein complaint karne se bhi jaldi kaam nahi hota.
Sector 120 is decent, but 'safe' is relative, bhai. Raat ko generally quiet rehta hai, but Delhi NCR hai, you know? Investment-wise, depends on the specific project. Which builder are you looking at?
NRI ho toh RERA registration check karna mat bhoolna! Sector 120 has potential, especially with the FNG Expressway nearby. Rental demand is okayish, mostly families. Resale, hard to say, depends on market conditions. Property manager mil jayega easily.
Safe for families? It depends on the society. Some are better maintained than others. Which project are you considering? That makes a HUGE difference. Investment potential is there, but don't expect crazy returns like before.
