Hi everyone, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 121, Noida. What do you think about the area for families? I've heard the connectivity is good, especially with the metro. Has anyone experienced any issues with waterlogging there? Also, what are the average rental yields like? Is it a good area for long-term investment, considering future development plans?
