Sector 121 Noida: Investment potential and connectivity?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 121, Noida. What's your take on the investment potential there? I've heard mixed reviews. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the price appreciation in the last few years? Is it a good time to buy now, ya wait karna chahiye? Also, connectivity wise, how's Sector 121? I'm mainly concerned about metro access and road connectivity to Delhi. Has anyone experienced any issues with traffic or public transport? Which one is better for connectivity, Sector 121 or nearby sectors? Mujhe advice chahiye on this. Thanks!
