Sector 122: Is the RWA worth the hefty maintenance?

Sector 122 mein, maintenance charges itne zyada kyun hai? I'm torn between paying it or fighting it. Heard some complaints about water supply and stray dogs bhi. Is the RWA actually effective, or just collecting money? What's your experience? Vote karo, tell me why!
