Sector 122: prices high, but is it worth buying?

₹8000-₹9000 per sqft in Sector 122 seems kinda steep, right? Honestly not sure if it's justified. I'm seeing a lot of 2BHKs around that price point. Has anyone actually bought here recently and can share their experience? My parents keep saying it's overpriced, but the location seems good. Also, what's the water situation really like? Heard some whispers about tanker dependency. Is that true? And how about safety at night? I'm a single woman, so that's a big concern. Should I be looking at a different sector altogether? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Any advice would be appreciated!
