Sector 124 flat purchase: safety or water issues?

Resale of existing property is almost done, kids have moved out. Don't need such a big place anymore, want something manageable in Noida. Narrowed it down to a couple of flats in Sector 124. One faces the main road, so easy access and feels safer at night, but worried about noise and air pollution. The other is inside a bit, quieter, but heard about water supply issues in that pocket. Honestly not sure which is the lesser evil. Is the water situation really that bad? Also, how is the night-time safety for senior citizens actually? Which would you pick if you were in my position? Give me your thoughts, please!
