Sector 126 Noida: Overhyped or actually worth the price?

My lease ends in 3 months, and everyone keeps suggesting Sector 126. Honestly, I'm seeing crazy property prices there. Are they justified? I mean, it's Noida, not Gurgaon. Is it really worth paying a premium just to be near Amity? My parents keep saying it's a good investment, but I'm not convinced. Also, what about the water situation? Heard some areas rely heavily on tankers, and I don't want to deal with that hassle. What's the real deal with Sector 126? Is it all hype, or is there something genuinely good about living there? Change my mind.
