Anyone living alone in Sector 126? I'm considering moving there for work. Office is nearby. But honestly not sure about safety, especially at night. Heard mixed reviews. Also, how's the internet connectivity inside apartments? That's super important for me. My parents keep saying it's a developing area. But I need good internet and feel safe. What's the real scene? Should I consider other sectors?

@U16 XYZ Builders ka naam suna hai. Their projects are always delayed. Stay strong, fight for your rights!
Honestly, Noida is generally safe if you're smart. Don't flash your valuables, be aware of your surroundings, and choose a well-maintained society. Sector 126 is no exception.
New metro line is coming up near Sector 126, that should improve connectivity and hopefully safety too. But it's still under construction, so it will take some time.
So, did you decide on Sector 126 or are you looking at other options? Hope you found some helpful information here!
Good point @U12! Also, talk to residents of the society you're considering. Ask them about their experiences with safety and security.
I invested in a property in Sector 126 a few years ago. Abhi tak possession nahi mila! Builder keeps delaying. So frustrating! Be very careful which project you choose.
@U14 Which builder? Name and shame! We need to warn others. RERA mein complaint file kiya kya?
@U15 It's XYZ Builders. Yes, I filed a complaint with RERA. But it's a slow process. Lawyers are milking us dry.
@U10 Sector 44 and 50 are way more expensive! For a single working woman, Sector 126 is a decent compromise between safety and affordability. Just choose your society wisely.
Check the crime statistics for Sector 126 online. Police reports are usually available. That will give you a better idea of the actual situation. Don't just rely on hearsay.
I lived in Sector 126 for two years. Honestly, I never felt unsafe. But I also took precautions - didn't walk alone late at night, always used a cab. Internet was great, I had Airtel. Just do your research on the specific society you're considering.
My friend lives in Sector 126. She says the local goons can be a problem sometimes, especially near the metro station. But inside the societies, it's generally fine. Just be careful outside.
Sector 126 is a mixed bag. Some parts are well-developed, others are still under construction. If you're looking for peace of mind, maybe consider sectors like 44 or 50. They're more established.
@U2 Sector 93 is definitely safer but the rentals are crazy! Sector 126 is alright, just be mindful of your surroundings. Have you visited the area at night? That's the best way to judge.
Internet connectivity is a big YES in 126. I have Jio Fiber and it's pretty reliable. As for safety, depends on the society. Some societies have better security than others. Which one are you considering?
@U4 Which society do you live in? How much are you paying for Jio Fiber? I'm thinking of switching from Airtel.
@U5 I'm in Jaypee Greens Klassic Heights. Paying around 1200 for the 150 Mbps plan. Pretty good, no major complaints.
@U6 Klassic Heights is a good option. Security is pretty tight there. But it's also a bit more expensive than some other societies in 126.
Sector 126 is generally okay, but 'safe' is subjective. I'd say it's better than some of the more isolated sectors. Connectivity is usually good, Airtel Fiber and Jio Fiber are available. But yeah, at night, be cautious, like anywhere else in Noida. Which apartment complex are you looking at?
Mixed reviews toh har jagah milenge! I think Sector 126 is decent. But depends on which society. Some are better maintained than others. Internet is generally good. But safety... that's a concern everywhere, especially for women alone. Maybe check out Sector 93? Thoda sa expensive hai, but safer I feel.
